Due to the intimate and highly personal nature of fragrance, all Orogasmic sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes, oils, or candles once they have shipped.

Each Orogasmic product is hand-poured in limited quantities and crafted with care. Our fragrances are designed to evolve with your unique body chemistry — and that’s what makes them so unforgettable.


Received the Wrong Item or a Damaged Product?

We’re here to make it right.

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@orogasmic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit if eligible.


 Important Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds for scent preference or change of mind. We recommend starting with a travel size if you're unsure.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned under any circumstance.
  • Gift cards and limited drop products are non-refundable.
